After years of thought, theory and perception, Phantom Security Service was officially Licensed
in February of 2005... By this date, Phantom Security Service was ready to enter the field running
as a full service contract security company. All Company Procedures, Employee Manuals, Field
Operational Items, Equipment & Materials, Uniforms and even Promotional Materials were ready
for immediate use.

Marking ourselves as a New & Innovative Security Company, we were able to guarantee
to our Clients several new forms of communication, not generally offered by other
companies within our service area.
Some of our inceptions included the use of Digital Media Forwarding. This allowed Clients
to receive Completed Reports by email, in less than 24 Hrs of service. Alarm Response
Reports, Incident Reports and Daily Activity Reports are forwarded by email in a format
available to the Client, almost immediately. In many cases, digital imaging is also used to
provide High Definition Pictures to support findings and/or supplement the Officers
completed Report.
Even our 24 Hr Telephone Dispatch System was deigned with Clients in mind, allowing an
immediate response with an ease of use...
